How We Work
Simple process, honest results
Our process is straightforward: you tell us what you need, we follow your request, and the job is completed quickly and efficiently. We offer some of the best prices in town along with quality photos.
With over 25 years of experience (EST. 2000) in passport photo services, we've learned that a few common misunderstandings cause most negative experiences. We'd like to share them so your visit goes smoothly.
Know your requirements
There is no universal passport photo size — every country has its own specifications. We're familiar with the most common ones, but we may not know the exact details for every country. If your application is for a less common country or program, bring the photo specification with you (a printout or on your phone) and we'll match it exactly.
Print vs. digital
Some applications are completed online and require a digital photo; others require a physical print. Please check which one your application needs. If you request a print but later realize you need a digital version (or vice versa), additional charges may apply.
Photo guidelines to check
Before you come in, check whether your application has rules about:
- Wearing jewelry, earrings, or hair accessories
- Whether ears must be visible
- Hair — for example, should bangs be pushed aside?
- Clothing colour — white or neon clothing against a white background is usually not allowed
- Head size in the photo
- Wearing makeup
Redo & Refund Policy
When we redo it — and when charges apply
The short version
We redo or refund only when the rejection is due to our error.
If your photo is rejected because of an error on our side — wrong crop, a quality problem in the photo itself — we are happy to offer a redo or a refund.
If the rejection is due to incorrect or missing information on the customer's part — for example, requirements that weren't shared with us, or application details that changed, or wrong size was given — additional charges may apply for a retake.
This is why the checklist above matters: knowing your application's exact requirements before we shoot is the best way to get it right the first time.
